I think that he already had a 2nd chance. As i remeber he was online with smurfaccount but still talk alot shit about lobby.
Isn´t it that he tried to hack lobby and used spambots for let the lobby crash ? And he always said that he wanted to create his own lobby because this one here suxx while keep advertising GR. To my mind he can play there.

I can see all u guy's points but to me ghost's post leaves very little for me to think about. those con's... he'd definitely make the lobby a worse place to read the chat with his excessive use of profanity aswell, not that it's banable but not a plus in my book.

Anyway for me it all comes down to whether he can master a proper apology to ghost and omega. The "apology" he posted here was basically just him saying he forgave ghost.. for what??? idk...

Untill he shows a bit humility and matureness I'd say keep him banned.

Black Cobra is a player, and an additional player is always a benefit to a lobby with small numbers. At non-peak times, we sometimes only have 10 people on, and +1 player will represent a growth of 10% in users! A growth of 10% in users is very significant, and on non-peak times, will potentially mean the difference between a game being played and no game being played. During peak times, an additional player can also mean the difference between a game taking place, and that's vital to keeping the lobby numbers up. People come here to play, and an additional user who plays a lot will help that happen more frequently.

Another part of EE is the shit talking and rivalries with other players. Some players rather enjoy this, and it has waned in recent years. Black Cobra is adept at starting rivalries with other players, and can shit talk with the best of them. This is something that regular EE had, but the lobby is lacking, and some players must miss it. The players who don't miss it can simply not engage with Black Cobra and/or use the ignore feature. Adding this additional user has another benefit of giving the game the classic EE feel, as we currently don't really have anyone who fits the role of 'that guy virtually everyone hates'.

While it could be argued that Black Cobra will drive new players away from the lobby with his noob-hostile, abrasive attitude, I suspect it really won't matter. The lobby is already extremely noob-hostile. Adding more hostility will just help the noobs waste less time deciding they want to leave for noobier pastures. There's still a loss to the lobby, but the net loss is exactly the same as it was before (i.e. ~100% of noobs). Adding Black Cobra to the mix will change nothing significant in this respect.

While Black Cobra is a known cheater, a lot of the users in the lobby have cheated in the past, and have reformed. It's possible that BC has reformed, and will no longer cheat anymore. In the event he does cheat, it's just more competition for skilled players, a unique challenge of sorts, one that none of the newschoolers have probably not experienced, as they never played at a high level on the old servers, and never faced skilled opponents who were cheating out of their asses. This will, at worst, add a classic-EE feel, and some mildly entertaining drama when BC gets banned again. At best, nothing will happen on the cheating front.

Black Cobra has said he won't spam for GR anymore, but if he does he can easily be banned again. Virtually everyone here already knows about GR, so there's really nothing that bad about it, it's just disrespectful. Plus BC spamming as an advertisement for GR would probably make people less likely to go there, not more likely, so it's practically a player-retainment measure! It would be funny to see him get re-banned for this if it happened, anyway, and create mildly entertaining drama.

As for not respecting community leaders and the creation/existence of the lobby, it's probably just a bad case of e-peen envy. Can't fault a kid for e-peen envy, can you?
