I have copied the " old embed code " and pasted and still nothing. Am I able to post YT vids ? If so, could you please let this NooB know HOW ? Thanks.

Re: Posting You Tube videos in forums.
What you do is <youtube> (replace <> by [ . ]) and take the last part of the link.
For example:
The video above is linked as: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0mEkVBOKx6Y
You remove: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=
You keep: 0mEkVBOKx6Y
IMG code will be <youtube>0mEkVBOKx6Y</youtube> (again, replace <> by [ . ])
For example:
The video above is linked as: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0mEkVBOKx6Y
You remove: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=
You keep: 0mEkVBOKx6Y
IMG code will be <youtube>0mEkVBOKx6Y</youtube> (again, replace <> by [ . ])

I don't understand why people do that because you will just open it in a new tab anyway. Who actually stays on the forum page until the video is done playing?
