Empire Earth Multiplayer Error

Guys i need help, EE starts normaly and all other things are working. but when i want to open the multiplayer lobby ingame it came a picture with following error:

I did reinstall and i installed it with the ee ultimate package but nothing works i hope you can help me!

what version # is your game

Delete your download, redownload ee, and reinstall from that. That will probably fix your problem or at least eliminate the most likely cause of your problem helping us to narrow down the possible causes.

ok i uninstalled and reinstalled it but now i cant update my versions, the programm wants a data from a cd 1 but when i insert my original cd he cant read it anyone knows a solution?

EDIT: found this data but he dont accept it!
