download and hosting problem

hello dear all!
i hope you can help me.
yesterday i´ve installed save-ee lobby and tried to host a game. the game is shown in the lobby but nobody can access. i have tried everything with portforwarding but no success.
what i have seen is - in the guide is shown that 4 files have to be downloaded into the folder.
but when i execute the ee-lobby-update.exe only the file eelobbyclient.exe will be downloaded and also shown in the folder. no files named custompanels.dll, eelobbyshared.dll, network.dll.
is this maybe the problem? what do i have to do to get the other files?
...same problem on other pc of one of my friends.

can u play with other Hosts?

when u can, its ur problem with Firewall/Ports/Router i think

yes, i can play with other hosts.
hmmm.... i have "killed" everything - ms-firewall, win-defender, opened the ports in my modem, and forwarded to the correct ip.
what do you think about the missing files? any idea maybe?
