Textures/Graphics Problem

Hey all. I have ran into a little problem with the textures on EE, well more so the driver for my graphics card. If I use the zoom functions the water textures and some land textures flash white and blue, and some building textures and stretched across the screen aswell even at times in normal camera position. I remember having the same problem before but I recently formatted my C drive cause of a nasty Tenga infection and I saved a good bit but the drivers I had installed before were wiped.

I've tried lowering graphics settings and changing resolution but it all ends up with the same result. I've also tried the recommended Nvidia drivers from the website but again, same result. I can't remember the driver that work.

Does anyone have any idea which driver it is that corrects this problem?
