App Freeze on Multiplayer Screen

I'm having an issue with the EE AOC Multiplayer Screen. I click the Multiplayer button on the main menu, then after that if I push any of the buttons on that page, the application just freezes on me. Also I'm having trouble loading the patches, they freeze halfway through. Should I just re-install EE?

Need more information here please. Is this strictly AOC ? EE unlimited ? Whats the source of your installed game ? Re-installation is a good way to try and fix this problem for sure, some further details would assist here however........
