AOC wont install

So was I having issues with my game. I unintsalled the game. the uninstalling finished (setup was complete)

I restart my computer, I put in the aoc CD, click install and a box comes up that says "Welcome to the Empire Earth - The Art of Conquest maintenance program. This program lets you modify the current installation. Choose one of the options below. Repair or remove.

It not wouldn't actually let me install the game so I clicked remove. After a while it said "Setup has finished preforming maintainence" So then I put the disk back in and clicked install which it gave me the same thing. I so clicked "Repair" and I waited a few minutes and it did the same thing. Matter what I try, it does the same thing and thinks its still installed. EE aoc wasn't on my add remove programs list and the game files were gone. This really is making me mad since it already happened on a nother computer I had. Ive tried everything but it dont'esent work.

I had the same problem my friend
1. Goto my computer
2. Click Local Disk Drive (Probally C:)
3. Click Sierra
4. Click once on Empire Earth or Empire Earth and the expansion if you have both
5. Delete both of them
6 Reinstall

Its not the CD, I tried to install using a copy my friend had and it did the same.

Sexacutioner, it isn't on my add remove program list, it went away when I "uninstalled"

if you already did this and it didnt work then go to your search from start button and type in "empire earth" and all files it brings up, delete them, run ccleaner (free program just look for it) if the search delete dont fix it, then try again (of course none of this will work if you for some reason quarantined ee with one of your AV programs so you would have to remove it from the quarantine list)

Noo, nothing is working. Theres no trace of the game left! This is really made me mad, I want to play EE!

The uninstaller is obviously detecting files somewhere, probably just not enough of them to run the game. Do a file/folder search for key words associated with the ee files. Ex: Empire, Earth, Sierra, _wonlobbypersistent
Then see if those lead you to an EE root folder and delete it.

Ive done that, I searched for Empire Earth and deleted everything I could find. Its like the game is still installed but I have no idea where.

Yeah sure, tried that too. There are NO game files left anywhere on my computer.

youll prob have to get on the lobby and allow one of the mods or admins to link to your computer to try and fix it
or go to the general discussion area of the forums and get the ee download and try that

For once I don't feel stupid in the ways on computers. I though a quick setting change or tweak would fix this.

Nah hes saying that a mod could try and see if they can do something by using teamveiwer, hey cmon what other option do you have?
