Well buddha left the clan, dan left ee for few month, he posted this in the member only section, but wizo and dan dont edit these section...so you cant see cause you arent voe member in save-ee forums

Dont take this the wrong way but if u guys wann try make this clan work then u really need to get your shit organised. Get each active member on the same page, construct a plan for going forward and make it happen, otherwise its going to fail. Dont take my words wrong. I want u to be successful. Its merely a slump period like all clans get. Its how u react now that is the measure of your success. You can do it

Yea I understand what you mean Slipknot. And I agree here with you. But since Daniel can't play at the moment due to several reasons and my amount of time, which I can offer to this game, drastically decreased it's kinda hard to do this.I'll try to do as much as possible tho.

Well, I dont really understand whats the problem cause I think its going pretty good. Our clan got some active members and they dont seem to leave our clan. Of course we have some members who get inactive for a while but we cant see that before. And tbh I think its no problem that some people maybe leave for 3 weeks or something. When I am online there always is some other Voe's
The only thing that I can suggest is to get a more active leading staff. I mean dan left for some time and wizo got a lot to do with school, and isnt online that often ( maybe he is but than different times than I ). So did I miss something or whats the problem ?

If u cannot recognise an issue when its staring u in the face then u cant rly do much to solve it. I think the other guys know exactly what i mean.

I get what your saying but it's not easy task, especially with the recent blows it's gonna take someone to really step-up and its difficult to ask someone for that kind of commitment

You didn't reply to my MSN offline messages. I sent you a PM yesterday, and I've been on forum since 25 minutes now and I noticed that your last activity on the forum is from 20 minutes ago. I didn't receive any answer from my PM, I was really expecting some sort of answer from you because of your being connected to the forum.

I haven't even been told the reason of this either. I understand you might be busy, but there's no way you log on forum and don't even reply to a PM. I even sent you a 2nd one just as soon as you logged on just to be sure, but no reply. I find it hard to believe, but perhaps you were just in a hurry and didn't notice the PMs.
I'm pretty sure one of the reasons why you logged on the forum was to read this topic, so if you don't reply again, this time you got no justifications ok?
