Version 3 update:
-Flag timer when dropped (flag carrier dies) is set top 5 f11 instead of 10 f11.
-Home area of each map is updated to discourage / make it far more difficult to guard your flag from its starting position.
-The starting position of your flag and where you bring your flag carrier to score are now distinct areas.

To make both spawn camping completely impossible AND make it so it is far harder for players to accidentally wander into range of enemy base camp towers:
-In base towers now renamed 'Security Tower'
-Security towers in base upgraded to prevent any spawn camping
-Security tower range is now all BLUE/RED terrain depending on whose security towers are in range.

It's an infantry wars game about capturing the flag to get the point, where you have to have to use both the mountains, hills, and cliffs in the game and your warrior hero outmaneuver your opponent to victory and so that whomever gets the most kills/next upgraded unit is not always the winner.
Mountain Combat Bonus, a currently mostly unused feature of the EE game engine, is a major feature of this scenario.
Note: Each player starts with 1 observation balloons which cannot be shot down.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Bring your opponent's flag to the front of your castle where your flag is currently located to score a point. First to 5 points wins!
GOLD = Your score
STONE = Your opponent's score
IRON = Your kill count
Take your opponent's flag by putting an infantry near it while your opponent has none of his infantry near it. You will recieve a flag holder unit near the flag and that is the unit you must bring to the front of your castle.
If your flag holder dies, he will drop the flag where he died where you can pick it up again within the next 5 minutes of game time. Press f11 to see the game time. Note: In v2 this is 10 f11
If after 5 f11 you are unable to pick your opponent's flag up again, it will return to the front of his castle where it started.
Units automatically respawn to your pop cap and upgrade every 200 kills
0 kills = Arquebus
200 kills = Musketeer
400 kills = Grenadier
600 kills = Doughboy
800 kills = Marine
1000 kills = Sentinel
1200 kills = Guardian
1500 kills = Black Robe

Mountain combat bonus (fighting from top of mountain or hill) and morale bonus help decide battles.
Mountain combat bonus gives damage resistance, damage, and range bonus.
Heros respawn every time they die. Losing your hero gives your opponent 25 kills. This includes deleting your own hero.
To resign delete both hospitals in your base.
To see the instructions again click on the orange minaret inside of your base.

How strong is mountain combat bonus?
Mountain combat bonus gives damage, damage resistance, and range bonus.
If an arquebus (ren gunman) is at the top of an 8 elevation cliff [like the ones on the side of the center light house], it can kill a guardian (nano gunman).
From the top of a 4 elevation cliff[like the ones surrounding the lighthouses on the corners], the arquebus loses to a musketeer and leaves it with 45 health as opposed to on level ground where it leaves it with 125 health.
