"Your connection was terminated"

I just tried to manually add someone to my friendslist, and when I hit the "ok" button the lobby closed. Now when I try to reconnect I get a "Your connection to the server was terminated".
Any ideas how this happened?

I also cant join in to the server. I have the same message.
