Neo EE does not detect Art of Conquest?

I recently purchased and downloaded EE Gold Edition from GOG. Both games run fine so I decided to downloaded Neo EE. When I try to install it, it says that it cannot detect Art of Conquest. Has anyone else had this issue before?
