guys, Its the problem with the latest drivers from intel.
you'll want drivers like 9.17.10.2875 from around Q4 2012 and Q1 2013, the 10.xx. wont work with Empire Earth sadly.

Yes it does, I play it on Intel HD 4000 right now. Its the newest intel drivers thats causing the flickering.
As I said in my previous post, drivers from 1 - 1,5 years ago works.

hm, I got Intel HD 4600 and tried 9.xx driver. I have to say it did reduce the flackering alot, but doesnt really makes it playable. Altouhg on older graphic cards( 4000 , 4400 ) it might solve the problem. Thanks anyway Frediv

Hey guys,
I am experiencing the same problems using a ThinkPad T440 with Intel HD grafic. Is there someone who has found a solution for this problem... wanna desperatly play EE again
