Save Empire Earth

yo folks, a friend of mine is trying to install EE again after years. He downloaded EE Unlimited, but whenever he is starting "Autorun", theres a error massage, which says sth like " folder "C:/Sierra/xyz " could not be created, please make sure you have the rigths to create the folder"
We tried running it as admin, didnt work. He also downloaded xootle installer, which gave the same erorr.

Sounds to me like a non-ee related problem, anyone good with this rigths stuff?

P.S. Hes running windows xp

First of all, when installing it's much better to just press "Setup" instead so you get 1 click less (I think) and no music.

I dno how to fix this tho. Maybe try manually create C:/Sierra/Empire Earth folder.
If he already had EE on that computer at one point, uninstalled it, but never deleted the C:/Sierra folder I would delete that too before trying to install again.

sadly when he starts EE now game crases rigth away

Try installing EE Complete instead of EE Unlimited.

Ok, were progressing i installed for him via teamviewer, and EE is working now, but his graphics are really fucked up, so theres not the whole game screen showing but sth of his dektop or so,
Hes runnin win 8.1 with a parralell dektop software on a Macbook.
Any ides how to fix graphics? like Compabilitary Mode or so?
