Problem during install neo ee patch

Hi. I downloaded neoee patch but i can't install it beacause appear this windows. How i can solve this problem? I've tried to: unistall and reinstall EEC and AOC; choosed all type of language and controlled that the all files in Empire Earth's folder are in... Thx a lot
