Puni's EE crashes when chatting in game.

So he's EE works fine in any other way, but every time he speaks it crashes....
Any ideas?
He has win8 but running EE as windows xp service pack 3.
We've already tried uninstalling many times.

I´d say dont run win8, fixed.

yea thats what i think windows 8 looks gay anyway tell him too load up windows 7

Yea, that's a definite way of fixing it.
Windows 8 is the best Windows to date in terms of speed, security, and multi-tasking performance (at end user). It could be nothing more than compatibility problems, maybe make sure the game is running as admin (UAC protects program files on Windows 8 unlike Vista/7). Try running it in compatibility mode as well if that doesn't work. Changing out your entire OS is by far the dumbest idea I have ever heard...

well we know windows 7 works perfect with ee and aoc and we did change it to run in windows xp mode service pack 3 but stil nothing.
