Trying to install EE Unlimited

I was trying to install EE Unlimited but when I try and run the installer, I get an error saying the installation cannot be found. I have read the Read or die text. Did I do something wrong? How can I fix this?

Maybe your download went corrupt, try deleting all the files & redownload. (Could work.)

Alright. I'll try downloading it again. Thanks. Any other suggestions anybody?
