I want EE but i dont know where

baisicly i want the game i downloaded a pirated verson off up torrent but i couldnt download the 1.4 to 2.0 patch... i dont know whats going on . it tells me to reinstall the game , but i dont have it. :/ i have a CD key of the game i used to own originaly but not the CD. can anyone help me out where i could get a download of the game. with out paying preferably
