Alright, I moved houses and got a new Router. I opend ports and hosted games , worked perfectly fine.
The problem is, when I played someone 1vs1 and I rehost, this guy can join my games but I cant start the game with him because he is gonna be rip.
I know it sounds strange, but it is fucking anoying, ever heard about that problem ?

You probably just didn't get the port forwarding right. Make sure you do it for both TCP and UDP on all 3 ports: 33334 33335 33336

TCP&UDP : 33334 33335 33336 , are open , windows firewall is off.
I got something like a firewall in my router , never seen something like that before, is this maybe the problem , do I have to disable this one as well?

Port forwarding is the work around for your router's firewall. You can try disabling the router firewall altogether to see if it fixes it, but you probably shouldn't use that as a permanent solution if it works.
