Can someone explain to me what "Liga" is and what "Smurfing" is?
Liga -- Rnandom-nano TL with no reveal map and no custom civilizations, played on very fast game speed with wonder victory off lock speed on custom civilizations off et cetera on an "eec"-player-appropriate size map.
Smurfing -- playing on a name not your own/that you're not known on... simplistically.
