NeoEE wont find Empire Earth

A bit of backstory, I had originally saved the game into my c drive, program files but it wouldn't let me change the hostRIP text file, so I moved the whole folder to my desktop, and then I could no longer play online. After messing around with it, I decided to uninstall and reinstall the whole game and try again. Now, I have Empire Earth but NeoEE wont find the game, so I can't patch it. Any ideas for what I can do?

When installing NeoEE, instead of pressing Express (the fast way to install) you have to press Customize or Custom. Here you can manually tell the NeoEE patcher where you have Empire Earth installed.

Hope this helps

It asks for my language first, then it instantly goes to "choose maintenance operation to perform"
My options are:
Modify available options
repair NeoEE patch
repair CD key
Uninstall

none of the options work. not even uninstall. It just says it failed and "please select your Empire Earth", but I can't select anything, I can't do anything

As I believe you have some weird resolution?
which may not show you total windows form?of the installer?
after choosing the language it asks direct for either express or manual...
You have to go to Manual and choose from there your Empire Earth.
For your information for every run of the installer,it does automatic unistall for the total NeoEE Patch

I think my computer thinks that it's still installed, my resolution isn't the problem I don't think
