Anyone that has even the slightest idea of how to play Mod TL has this civ. It's attached in one of posts in Zeke's thread

This is the most simple civ u can get for Mod Tl, so I didn't post it here for experienced Mod-players.
I did not know it's in zeke's thread, that's my bad. If u or any other in save-ee staff feel like this post was unnesesary, then you/him cud delete this. Just some guys who asked for this.

I think it's good having it here because it shows the exact bonuses without having to download the civ, but my last post was just to point out how common it is.
