A new guy needs help! (Mid sh/WW2/ P2s etc..)

Hey there,
I've been trying to play some matches online but I sucked a lot.
Mainly because I do a lot of things wrong. I do watch some battles, but they dont really teach me anything. Mostly I get raped when I just got a nice economy. I need help from making a civ to building the right units to booming right. If anyone is interested, please add "noobthatsu" on skype or post here.
Preferred Training: MID SH/ WW2/P2S
2.Lobby name: Yuharo
3.Experience: A few weeks / campaigns
4.Best Sets: Not really experienced at any.
5.Time-Zone: -1 (Europe, Brussel etc)
6.Playing Times: Anytime from 2pm to 10pm euro time.
