How about putting up a Pre-2-Space Tournament? Actually two of them, one with Tourny low resources and one with Standard high!

If your planning to set up a tourney, first and most important is Plan Ahead, White Fang tried setting up a mid tourney and it failed due to being unprepared.

p2s tournys are basically mid tournys with only swords if it were a 1v1
a 2v2 or 3v3 (4v4 is a stretch) tourney would be nice.
