Installer that does all EE updates

So I got tired of people complaining that they had to upgrade this and install that then upgrade something else, yadda yadda. So I put the 1.0.4.0 update, the 2.0 update, the DC patch (English), and the lobby updater all into a single installer package. Tested it out and seems to work pretty well as far as I can tell. I don't know if we maybe want to put it in the downloads section for people who haven't done ANY upgrading. Maybe it's a waste, idk, but I thought it was a good idea.
