Age of Empires 3

i visted http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/ (can you run it?) to see whether or not my computer meet the requirements to run age of empires 3....apparently my computer passed the minimum requirements but not the recommended requirements......my question is would my computer run/play age of empire 3 even though my computer didnt pass the recommended requirements...

Probaly yes, just put the graphics a bit lower and you'll do fine. (Try downloading the game first before you "might" want to buy it for online gameplay.)

AoE3 goes HARD on your video card pretty much no matter what it is. It's not a matter of resolution, but in the options there are a lot of video settings that have to do with how well everything is rendered. If I had it installed still I'd tell you what they are, but I know there's one that really improves how water looks and that's one you definitely need to turn off if you don't have a high end video card. You should be able to play, but it won't look all that great. It'll look more like EE than it will a game from 2005.
