i try get the old PC of my friend , cuz its faster , 2001, 2,6 Ghz CPU, agp graphic card

when iam turn it on, the blue light on power flackers, an a tick tick tick noise it ocurse

its this a powerpart eroor?, damn, its a good pc, and better mine, i chnaged graphic card and use other rams and all, the PC dont start for get Bios, it must be the Power-supply???

what can i do?, without money, last months the pc start sometimes, i need so many patience
but in some hours he boot and got windows, so fuck, maybe i buy the wrong, i buy a new graphic card and the power-supply was it

It very well could be the power supply. I'd try replacing that if you can.

Also, are you able to get any kind of beep code?

ty omega for help, when i got a beep code, iam sure its a grahic, ram or etc problem, i known pcs like 1986, but this is a other problem, iam sure u are right the power supply, but it works some times, grrrrrrrrr, why, and not total done, hmm, i need help for no money, cuz havnt, and why i see blue light?????

edit: i had from tandy,apple, 80xall, p1, px to all now Pc's, like 20 machines, i had never this problem
