Task Manager help p10x

Its been weird lately and looks like this. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

I forget if that's an option for XP task manager. You can try accessing the menu bar by pressing ALT and then using the arrow keys to navigate the menu.

try ending the task explorer.exe then relaunching it (new task>explorer.exe)

There is some special key you press to get that menu back up, if not its a error for having a really old OS
