Wtf is it, and why do i have a limited IPv6 connection?

IPv6 is the successor to IPv4. Basically it is the protocol standard for transferring packets over a network. IPv4 uses 32-bit addresses where IPv6 uses 128-bits. That you have limited IPv6 connection only means that there is currently no IPv6 communication with your machine, which is not at all unexpected. IPv6 is still hardly used.

Problem solved.
n00b cable connected to modem, didnt do very well.
