Buy Gigabyte FUCK ASUS.
I've owned 4 asus motherboards which all died the first year, also a video card that I rma 4 times in one year because asus kept putting a retarded asus made fan on it called the glaciator fan.

The 5th time it broke I said fuck I'm not wasting $15 to ship this card back again..
I had an old core 2 duo fan chillen in a box so I got some hi temperature glue and glued the intel fan on the video card it's still running fine today and that was a year ago.

If you actually buy your movies on a disc these days then go for it. If you just watch movies on TV, get them through some kind of online service, or illegally download them, save yourself ~$80 (£50+) and stick with a DVD burner.

Maybe scale back on the video card, what games are you going to be playing that need that much power?
Windows can use only 4GB of RAM if it is a 32-bit Operating System.
The 64-bit version can use an unlimited amount of RAM!
Alkis is happy.

No, 64-bit windows 7 can only use 192GB of ram. Furthermore, you can only use 192GB on win 7 if you're running Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate. For Starter and Home Basic, you can only use 8GB, and for Home Premium you can only use 16GB.

For Vista and XP 64-bit OSes, the upper limit is 128GB, and that's also dependent on edition for Vista (but not for XP, iirc).

Server 2008, has an upper limit of 2TB for 64-bit versions... But again that's also dependent on the edition.

Now, obviously finite numbers are not infinite, and if you were instead just trying to say how it'd be pointless to try and use the entire capacity then you're essentially agreeing with Ghost.

G500 isn't a bad mouse, just not great, if you want a brilliant mouse, go with the logitech preformance mx. The new version of the mx revolution.

Again with the quad instead of the hexacore.. Going with the hexacore for only a fraction more of the cost would ensure future proofing. You could of skimped elsewhere for that. The general build is fine. I still prefer intel chips over amd. For now atleast.

And the asus haters, unlucky. Majority of my system is asus and i love it. Had is 6 months now and have had no errors at all with it.

Honestly by the time hexacores become mainstream they will have changed the socket type anyway so I don't see a problem with sticking to a quadcore processor.
