Requesting a ban for this guy with all the Heros names. He's logging on all of them at same time and he has done so before. It's breaking several rules we have in this lobby, including hacking it which is 1 month ban at first offense. This has been done 3 times that I have seen it now and been too lazy to report it, so 1 month is okay for a start. Add the 72 hour for cloning if u wish.

well if he comes on and says sorry and means it i will reduce it but its up too him he has been warned so many times.

Multiple accounts lightness. I don't see how that is not hacking when. Besides, when he keeps logging on after kicking his names it's he only way to actually keep him off.

And tricky sorry but he does not have to say sorry to YOU to decrease his ban. Im the offended, I will concider an apology from him if he makes one to me, but I doubt he even cares I only see him on when he does this stunt.

Multiple accounts is not hacking the lobby rofl. xD Just open more lobby clients...

circumventing the lobby's security system. Doesn't matter how easy it is. Well if you're in doubt, no, you're not allowed to open 10+ accounts on the lobby ALL ghosting known players and in a clan u're not in.

I still don't think this is circumventing the lobby security, as most moderators do it. Sometimes even admins lol.

Most moderators do it by using 2 comps. This was obviously not done so. Non the less I understand your question as "number of accounts logged in" isn't stated anywhere in the ToU, but I also don't think it's necessary that we write a 20 pages long ToU to cover all loopholes. It asks a bit for common sense, you can log in with a couple of accounts if you're not intentionally using it to somehow annoy somebody, but 10 accounts is too much. Throw it together with cloning players/clans and then I think 1 month ban is fair. If you read in punishment guidelines it is merely guidelines and depending on the severity of the offense it may go up or down. This was an example of ghosting/cloning going way up due to circumstances of several names logged in and ignoring all warnings, spamming the lobby with names.

You'll note that the punishment guidelines aren't even in the Terms of Use, of which the relavent bit here is as follows:
