We need something more along the lines of "I crashed." What he said was an opinion, not an admission of guilt. Perhaps you guys know he did it, that just means it's up to you to remove him from your games.

If this is the case, then prove it.
The moment sufficient evidence is presented, action will be taken. Until then, nothing will happen, despite how many assertions of ToU-violating behavior are thrown out with a fallacy on top; what we care about is solid evidence, and anything that doesn't fit that category is irrelevant.
