I think I really have to make this topic public, because the Problem has not been solved.

I am a smurf, and i want to be a smurf, i dont want to play this game for 8 years with the same identity. ( My opinion , dont argue about it ). This plan of smurfing is really restricted in the new lobby , because it happend to me the 3rd time now , that a Mod told someone who my other Nickname is, on different ways.

First time : Mod just randomly posted my whole userlist in the lobby to the Public

Second time : Mod told someone who asked my Userlist

Third time : Probably answering YES / NO questions about processes and posting Userlist

I can exactly tell you what happend in the third time. I joined a clan with two different identitys same time , which was quite funny I think. Someone told the leader that he guesses that I am the exact same person. So a Mod checked the processes on request, compared it to the other Usernames processes , got the same one , and told the leader. Also my leader knew my WHOLE userlist. Proof : He asked me how I have hidden a name he knew off , which was in a different userlist. I am sure he did not asked the mod for every singel name.

Anyhow, it really starts pissing me off , who ever mod this was, this time. Please be a man and Post it in here.

Mod's are not here to solve personal problems between people, so they are neither here to solve any smurfing Problems. It is not even allow for the Mod to tell my Processes or my Userlist, I know some of you don't, but answer questions via ''YES'' and ''NO'', which ends in the same result.
So please stop the shit, and let players do what they want to do. Smurfing is part of every singel RTS game I know, and always been an oppertunity to delete an old Image and try to get better with a new Identity.

Wizo it is not the fact that i got kicked out of the clan or got caught smurfing and you know that if you would have read my post. I am on about about Mods telling your identity to who ever wants to know it , and this is fricking pissing me off. I acutally wrote about it to Omega, and he agreed that it shouldnt be told in any way. And it is fricking annoying if you guys stuck your head in this.

How ever, lets try to keep this in a diplomatic way , because this is not a personal topic anymore , iI am defentily not the only one who cares about it, and this is against the Teroms of Use , if useres go over the Limits of Terms of use we get muted or banned. So i acutally want something to happen, because it is not right.

My situations were just examples of the case ! Dont get into it to personal, just about me.

I'm not gonna comment on how stupid/whiny/childish/immature/wrong this post is by you, but I will give you some advice for your smurfing delete usernames.txt voila nobody but Ghost, Omega or Nola can find you.

If you want privacy stop using both of your names to keep people from voting by giving wrong informations with 2 accounts. By doing this people realized byself that you were MrHorn and sicne people know that Horn is customm and uiwehfx is velocity it wasn't any hard to get your usernames anymore. Nobody gave them to your leader tho and yes I answered the "yes/no question" if you (uiwehfx) is MrHorn (but your leader wasn't the person asking) after you told someone with both accounts to not vote (and he asked cause he thought so byself so basicly you uncovered ur smurfnames all alone). By the way using two accounts to support your personal oppinion and to make it look like you're not alone is just stupid. If your leader had your userlist he got it from someone else or just guessed.

It was no personal problem anymore since you used both ur names to advertise your oppinion (with wrong information). I was involved since I had to tell people that ur information were wrong and had to egt them to vote.

Now you can bitch at me or start a new "bad poll discussion" or do whatever.

Edit: Oh and btw I never had to look it up since I still remember short after you left this Frenclan led by some Ts (dunno who anym ore I think it was Jack) we talked and one day you were using the name uiwehfx. (If that makes you feel better)

Just to get things clear before proceeding, I had nothing to do with whatever it is you're bitching about. Now...

It really didn't take long for me to figure out you were using two separate "identities" -- I didn't even have to compare Usernames, IPs, or anything... Just paying attention to mannerisms and timestamps did it for me.

This is correct. I received a whisper from uiwehfx requesting I send a copy of his userlist to Wizo.

To get this clear now. After i was informed that Wizo knew who I am I tried to get out the shit by telling Indica to send my userlist , with just one username on i,t to Wizo. Which doesnt matter here.

Still it is fucking my up Pelie that you gave information about my Identity to other people, thats not you Job

Impossbile, because i made the name up, about 4-5 weeks ago and never gave any infos about my old identity to anyone. I remember even talking with you about my smurfing in general, and that you please dont tell anyone.

WHAT EVER guys, however you dislike me , or my smurfing or idk, but the fact that mods cant even keep the information shut, is fucking not right.

You sent me PMs about this. I looked into it.

Why didn't I get back to you? I concluded, after looking into the matter, that you were literally wasting my time with bullshit accusations. Basically none of what you told me in the PMs actually panned out upon further scrutiny.

Case in point, let's take the first PM in which you said:

"Just today , i got kicked out my clan because i smurfed, which I always do.
But i dont think it is the Mods job to post my Processes information and userlist to the leader, of both of my accounts."

Except, after talking to Wizo, your leader, a few things became apparent... Namely:
1) The only moderator to give him anything was Indica, AT YOUR REQUEST.
2) Indica gave him ONE userlist, not two.
3) No one was ever given, received, or had any idea regarding the shit you claim about your processes.
4) Furthermore, as pointed out, it's extremely unlikely for anyone to bother using your processes to identify you, assuming it's even possible to so do since there's a good chance for error... BECAUSE THERE ARE FAR BETTER WAYS.

What about that did pan out? Yeah, the part about you getting kicked out of your clan because you smurfed, and you being a compulsive smurf (which tbh, I think EVERYONE knows already).

After fully looking into the matter, and talking to several people about it, I'm pretty much convinced that your own compulsion for smurfing, paired with your ineptitude at not being an obviously identifiable smurf (I mean really, anyone after even minimal scrutiny can tell it's you after you type a few lines in the lobby--I can only imagine how much more it becomes playing actual games with you, or carrying on conversations--and I'm not even considering that you revealed yourself as already pointed out in this thread) is the cause for you getting kicked out of your clan.

That's right, your own actions are responsible, not, as far as I can tell, the actions of a moderator. And even if it were the actions of a moderator, I think you using multiple accounts to support your own position in the lobby because you can't find others to back you up (which is part of your ineptitude) would have justified the posting of your usernames to get the idiocy to stop, again making your own actions responsible.

With that said, I still agree it's not right for moderators to be giving out userlists without a good reason to do so. Of course, that isn't what happened here and if we re-wrote the facts to make it so a moderator did give out your userlist, it would have been justified, so I really don't see how the claim "the fact that mods cant even keep the information shut, is fucking not right" is even remotely valid. They seem to be a whole hell of a lot better at it than you are, at the very least.

Just for my understanding , you wanna tell me that mods havent had anything to do with proofing the thought of me smurfing.
Pelie even admitted it in this case. He answerd the YES / NO questions.
So bascially that makes no difference for me if someone is just posting the infos or answering the YES/NO questions.

You did for sure , but not about my uiwehfx smurf , you did know about different smurf names, but not about uiwehfx for sure.
