EEC Crashes When Starting Games - AOC Works Fine

I am an old player that has come back wanting to play but every time I try to start an EEC game it crashes. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using NeoEE patch?
Does your EE resolution end with x32 ? Example: 800x600x32
IF not I suggest trying these things first.

My resolution is 800x600x32. Same as I use for AOC which works fine. I have tried swapping between Direct and Direct3D. Also, EEC works fine launching single player games. Just can't load/start games online. Not sure what you mean by NeoEE patch. I have EE and then downloaded NeoEE.
