Can't play multiplayer

I keep getting the error no CD-Key when trying direct access with my two friends.

Try to run the installer and hit "Repair CDKey". Good luck, Jodocus.

LAN works but im trying to play with another friend from far away. Every time i try to install or repair CD keys it tells me 'CD KEYs could not be installed due to command line failure.'

Install the NeoEE patch with the antivirus dissabled . Antivirus is stopping the installment of the CD-KEYS.If you have it dissabled, when you install the patch, it should say at the end "CD-KEYS succsesfully installed" , if it doesn't it's because of your antivirus stoping it.
Just dissable the antivirus, install the patch and make sure you get that message, then you can re-enable your antivirus.
