EE Crash while loading the map

Hello,
i have successfully installed neo but now when im starting the game and try to start sp or mp game the game crashes before/while loading the map.
Thanks for your help.

I solved the problem by installing dgvodoo on EE but now if i try to start multiplayer the game minimized every time.
