2-neoee.msi reinstalled. Select. Repair CD Keys. Result: That CD-Keys got succesfully installed! . Finish.
I get the same error
3-I formatted the computer. Ahead EE installed. neoee installed. but. That CDKey is not active. Failure
I can enter from my other computer and I am not getting an error.

As Kazter already pointed out, you got banned for 1 month. I sent you an email about it, but apparently you did not receive the notice. I accidently configured you the wrong message, now it should show you that your key got banned (instead of inactivity).
