Ranked system makes won games as lost

Hi,
I saw this a lot recently, if a host Altf4 the system will give them the win .
look at this one - game ID: 77048 game from March 2nd. Noob host Orunmila Altf4 the game (as he likes doing a lot) and the system gave him the win. When clearly his team lost completely.
Its very annoying please fix this bug
