Crash on Windows 11 when starting missions, random maps

I got the game from GOG and downloaded NeoEE.
When I start the game, I can enter the menus and the civilization editor.
However, when I attempt to start any mission or a random map or the scenario editor, the game closes.
When it comes to missions, I can get to the mission intro screen. I can clck all buttons except the start mission one, which causes the game to close.
I tried changing the resolution to 1920 × 1080 16bit in game, but it didn't solve the issue.
My specs:
OS: Windows 11 Home 64-bit (10.0, build 22000)
Graphics card: Intel (R)UHD Graphics 630
Processor: Intel(R)Core(TM)i310105 3.7 GHz
DirectX 12
