WIN 10 NOT PLAY EE.

What I just did not try, reinstalled all the drivers on Intel and NVIDIA, Windows 10 LTSC 21h2 long term, i7 10750h 16 gb ram rtx 3060 6gb, full juice. Compatibility modes do not help, nothing helped, I do not want to reinstall Windows, I recently installed it. What options? I just start the game and it immediately crashes without errors or anything.
