Save Empire Earth

Hello, as the title suggest I am having some problems with a custom scenario that I made. at a certain point no matter how many times I restart the scenario, the game simply crashes to the desktop without warnings or errors. also not sure if it is relevant but the error log in the games directory is always empty. I am not very technical so I was hoping if someone could help diagnose the problem or at the very least let me know if the save file I give causes a crash as well. I will also provide the custom scenario its self but be advised that the crash takes a long time to happen from the start. from the save file it takes around 2-3 minutes

I am also using windows 10
