Save Empire Earth

Hello,

I recently had upgraded my pc from win 7 to win 10 and had some huge performance issues. It felt like game where lagging entire time, just scrolling with mouse gave me quite bad responsetimes and game stuck due to 60 HZ screen at 60 FPS.

Solution:

• 1st. Activate Directplay on Win10
  Go to System Controls > Programs and Features > Win10 Activate and Deactivate Features (its on leftside need Admins right) > (Window Open) search for Legacy Components > DirectPlay and put there a checkmark on it and press ok
  
  2nd. Download ddraw.dll and copy it into your EE-Folder where exe is located.

I cant really tell what it actually does or for what the dll is meant for but game feels much smother now and the 60 FPS lock is gone too.
Guess something with the Standard usage of directx 12 on win 10...

Nevertheless this is maybe worth a try. Takes 3 mins
