Save Empire Earth

Can anyone help me with this problem ? I've tried a lot of things I've found on the internet , but the graphics won't get fixed... I installed the patch but still the graphics are flickering ...any ideea what I can do ?

i had this problem before, go to settings and change the following :

1 - change the Video Card to the Primary Display driver

2 - change 3D acceleration to Direct3D
