Game is stuck querying+ login is greyed out

My game is forever querying up and failing to connect to the server. I am running the program as an administrator and I have it enabled to go through my firewall. I am unable to create an account/login because of this, (the option to make an account is greyed out).

re-install the NeoEE patch.Maybe the file that has the IP towards the NeoEE server is broken or even deleted by your antivirus.

Im facing the same problem , Can't Log in / Make new acc.
Can see server Status being up , but cant get in.

I can't log in. Is the server still down? Can anything be done?

Try to restart your computer? Maybe some antivirus problem? The servers are up, that's for sure.
