I had to put my Dog Tibi to sleep today,
you see it's because there was no other way.
She had lived to be over 17 years old,
and oh many happy stories can be told.

It's hard for me to put into words,
so i'd rather leave it to the birds.
Who chirp and tweet a happy song,
nature knows best how to get along.


So i just wanted to shout to the universe,
for all with an ear who may care.
That i have the greatest loss staring me down,
but i shall not succumb and shed a frown.

No frowning because off the Joy that we had,
