It is illegal to raise the premium guide Empire earth to a server?

I see that it is not sold on their official website: http://www.primagames.com/

I've uploaded the guide to eeheaven, I have a problem or I could sue for Copyright?

Without knowing what exactly that PRIMA guide is, I'd guess that in theory it would actually be illegal. Then again Empire Earth (1) is dead, at least for those companies. Doubt anyone would care but you never know. How about you just send their support a mail (even though that's most likely waste of time as you'll get a standard reply stating if you need the prima guide buy it and they also got guides for game y for sale right now, or, if someone surprisingly reads the mail and doesn't copy/paste a standard reply they will tell you it is illegal, but trying is free )
However all in all I highly doubt you'll get any problems ^^

its just a strategy guide so i dont see a problem putting it up i know thorn had it on a few dif websites at one time
