Community Strength/Size?

Hay,
I'm just wondering how many good players still play this game regularly. Idk if anyone remembers me or not, but me and my buddy (shanghai kid) were kinda nostalgic for this game and thinking of maybe playing a few games for old times sake....

i remember u texas and shanghai, way b4 he even made that tag, it would b cool for u 2 come bak for at least a few games
, things have changed slightly tho, in, and in terms of skill theres only a handful of players left which i would consider great mid players left, but quite often old players like thor, seizmic etc venture bak here from time to time. i think if u wanted to play with them u should make urself active on mpa where they contact each other(if u havent already) if ur doing it for old times sake

hi tex... yes play man!! bring friends!! middle of the afternoon U. S. time. of course schools r in session so u have to deal with time of day when lots r online. but, the game is as great as ever!!!

I guess my main question was how many people are still on at certain times in the day? I live in eastern time zone US, so if I wanted to grab a game in the evening, how many players might I find? Thanks again.

Depends on the day of the week and chance. anywhere from 50 to 120+ that time of day.

On a weekday like today, there's 60 on right now (7:30PM) and it slowly declines as it gets later. Weekends there's more, especially in the afternoon when people from other timezones are available.

Yeah, but that can be misleading more than 120 players play actively, its just you only see 120 of them on at the same time at the most.
