Is empire earth - art of conquest compatible with windows 7?

Yes it works well on 7.

I just downloaded both games and have the no cd crack as well. Every time I click the icon to launch the game it says that the .exe has stopped working and then it closes.

Any help with fixing this would be much appreciated!
