Hi have a question how can i writte chat massage with out my name while i obs?

You cannot. You can't do it in a game, either.
I think the question you're really trying to ask is 'how can I write a chat message without my name immediately being apparent while I'm observing a game'. The answer to that is simple, you do it the same way you would if you weren't an observer... Here's a clue that should tell you all you need to know (in pseudo-leetspeek, so it's not too insanely easy)...
