and i was wondering how did ye make this w/s? im trying to make websites and this is cool, is hmtl? or did ye just buy it?

The forums are phpBB3 and there is an add-on installed called alphaPORTAL that adds the ability to have a home page and other additional pages. All design aspects of a website are coded using HTML and CSS, while PHP and MySQL make it all function.

just a simple html code that u can put in the portal system, a dummy can handle it
