How do i make a updater in vb.net?

Never heard of them and was hopeing maby one of the people who helped make this lobby could answer. (sicne they made one)

Nuckin Futs made the lobby he almost never pays a visit to the forums. Even if he did I dont think you can explain how to make a updater. Anyone that does code knows it cant be explained in any simple form.

But who knows I could be wrong.
